<p>Conducts comprehensive nutritional assessments of patients to create tailored nutrition care plans, which involve interviewing patients, educating them and their families on nutritional issues, evaluating diet appropriateness, initiating medical nutrition therapy, recommending meal substitutions, coordinating with food production, and conducting nutritional assessments for patients on enteral or parenteral nutrition. Manage vendor relationships, inventory control, and pharmaceutical purchasing to minimize waste and optimize profitability. Team Leadership & HR Management Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor veterinary nurses, receptionists, support staff, and associate vets. Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, dispute resolution, payroll administration, and continuous professional development (CPD) plans.<br>3.
