<span>About the Role We are looking for a skilled UX Writer with strong command of both Urdu and English to craft clear, user-centric content for digital banking and fintech products.<br> You'll work embedded within Agile product teams to shape the end-to-end user experience — from onboarding flows to transactional micro-copy — ensuring every word builds trust, reduces friction, and speaks directly to our customers.<br> What You'll Do Write and localise UX copy in Urdu and English across web, mobile, and app interfaces — including UI labels, error messages, onboarding flows, tooltips, notifications, and help content Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering in Agile sprint cycles to deliver copy on time and at pace Apply plain-language principles to simplify complex financial and regulatory content without losing accuracy Maintain and evolve content style guides and tone-of-voice frameworks for Urdu and English Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure copy meets regulatory requirements in banking environments Conduct content audits and contribute to accessibility and localisation best practices Champion the user voice in design reviews, product critiques, and cross-functional discussions What You Must Have Proven experience in UX writing with a specialisation or strong focus in Urdu , alongside fluency in English — both written and spoken (non-negotiable) Background in banking, financial services, or fintech — either as a client-side employee or embedded vendor (strongly preferred) Hands-on experience working within corporate or institutional environments , ideally banks or regulated financial entities Practical knowledge of Agile methodology — comfortable working in sprints, using tools like Jira or Confluence, and contributing to daily standups and sprint reviews Portfolio demonstrating UX writing samples in both Urdu and English (required at application stage) Nice to Have Experience working in the GCC region — understanding of local user behaviour, cultural nuance, and Arabic-adjacent communication norms is a significant advantage Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD Exposure to content management systems or design systems Arabic language skills (not required but valued)</span> </div>
