Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle and highlight any variances against the budget. Prepare and submit interim valuations, progress claims, and payment applications. Assess and certify subcontractor payment applications and variations. Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and project financial summaries for management and clients. Conduct site visits to verify work progress and ensure alignment with financial reports. Provide support in contract administration, risk management, and dispute resolution. Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual obligations, and local regulations. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the interior fit-out industry. Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and market rates for interior fit-out works. Proficiency in MS Office, Auto CAD, and quantity surveying software (e.g., Cost X, Candy). Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. The individual will conduct compliance reviews, prepare reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities, and support the implementation of corrective actions.
