Job Purpose<br><br>The successful candidate will support the line manager in defining, developing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring policies, procedures, manuals, and best practices across Engineering and/or Maintenance systems throughout the network. Provides solutions towards cost control / reductions without compromise on safety and the standards of Air Arabia Utilizes data gathered from different sources to conduct analysis Like AMOS and CESAR, evaluate carried tasks, and facilitates actions for improving the efficiency of Airworthiness Functions. Recommends corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives based on technical and operational trends.<br><br>People Management<br><br>Provides direction, coaching and guidance to team members for their career and professional development. Ensures people management responsibilities are handled effectively in line with company procedures.<br><br>Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft/ Aeronautical/ Aerospace/ Mechanical/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering or Aircraft License alternately a higher diploma or certificate in a relating field from a recognized university or engineering college combined with needed experience and exposure. Training certificates or workshops on “Human Factor” and “Safety” are a must. Training in Aircraft General Familiarization. Experienced in aircrafts airworthiness programs requirements and regulations, such as CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization). Very good experience in aircraft maintenance programs systems, software and techniques and their relation to the Continued Airworthiness Program. Familiar with rules and regulations of Civil Aviation Authorities, pertaining to the Engineering Maintenance, policies, procedures, and manuals.<br><br>Work Experience<br><br>With 7-8 years’ experience in Maintenance planning role, out of which at least 2 years in a senior/ supervisory role. On the Job Training (OJT) or post university time spent at an Airline company as a Trainee or in a similar capacity shall be counted for as part of the experience. · Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by the management, complete evaluations, analyze results and provide purposeful feedback. · Ensure that results are measured against KPI standards, while making necessary changes along the way. · Reporting to management about selling all of the education services to potential students. · Accept the line manager's task allocations and report the student conversion figures each month. · Evaluate and manage staff performance. · Maintain a safe and secure working environment. · Handle student inquiries and complaints.· Lead generation and lead assignment to team members. · Develop and maintaining excellent relations with potential students through school visit or social media. · Advising potential students on education opportunities (Foundation, Undergraduate, Postgraduate) in different countries (UK, USA, Canada, Malaysia and Australia). · Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to advise and assist students with academic and vocational development. · Help students select the right university or programs for their needs. · Able to work under target pressure and willing to communicate with students. · Guiding students on university/college application/admission procedures. · Answering inquiries from potential student clients and make sales of education service. · In addition to the duties specified above, you are obliged to follow all reasonable instructions of the Employer, the management of the Employer, or the designated supervisor. · You are required to faithfully, diligently, and competently execute the tasks and duties assigned to you. Qualifications and Experience Required: · Graduation or Post Graduation in any field from a well reputed institute of university. · At least 4-5 years of experience as a Sr. Education Counsellor or as a Branch Manager.· Should have deep knowledge about foreign education system (Cambridge education system and American education system).· Overall knowledge of preparing student for the credibility interviews and assessment of SOP.· Must have updated knowledge about the student visa application for UK, USA, Canada and Australia, and essential understanding about the international pathway a provider is a plus.· The ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills Required: · Excellent Communication Skills. Fluency in English and Arabic Language. · Proficient in personal computing skill.· Experience with training and study abroad education.· Time Management
