We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager with deep expertise in transmission chains and power transmission solutions, as well as a strong network among OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.<br><br>This is not a traditional account-management role. Strong expertise in UAE Labour Law, End of Service Benefits (EOSB), final settlement calculations, and labor/visa cancellation procedures.
Experience managing and leading a team, with direct reports.
Hands-on experience with HRMS and government portals (MOHRE, ICP/GDRFA, and related systems).
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Experience in large organizations with high employee volumes.
