Role Overview: The Credit Controller manages collections and credit control for an assigned portfolio of corporate customer accounts, ensuring timely payments in line with agreed credit terms while maintaining strong, professional client relationships. This role serves as the key point of contact for resolving billing disputes and payment discrepancies, working closely with Sales and Traffic teams to reach amicable resolutions. o Manage variations, change orders, and contractor claims
4. Cost Control & Monitoring
o Track expenditures against budget with cashflow forecasts and CVR reporting
o Identify cost overruns and propose mitigation strategies
5. Payment Management
o Prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts; certify subcontractor payments.
6. Value Engineering & Risk Management
o Recommend cost-effective MEP alternatives without sacrificing quality
o Perform risk analyses and manage mitigation strategies
7. Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination
o Provide regular cost reports, forecasts, and risk assessments to senior management

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field
