Attends directly to requests from various Sections in the Super Complex for Maintenance of different static and rotating mechanical equipment like pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, valves, vessels, fire fighting system etc.</li><li>Disassembles, assembles, observes, repairs, tests, collects data and prepares reports etc on equipment, as tasks related to maintenance.</li><li>Performs installation and alignment of equipment such as pumps, compressors, gas turbines, static equipment etc using relevant tools including computerized laser alignment tools.</li><li>Installs, removes, inspects and repairs mechanical spare parts like bearings, seals etc on typical mechanical equipment.</li><li>Performs and gives directions to crew during major overhaul of equipment with or without external contractors and vendors.</li><li>Works on various equipment in the plant as well as in workshop.</li><li>Uses and ensures use of proper tools and tackles on the job by assigned crew.</li><li>Carries out periodic pre-use inspection of tools and special tools, repairs, overhauls and tests them when required.</li><li>Learns from the methods and errors and recommends to the supervisor on ways of continuous improvement.</li><li>Assists the supervisor to improve the productivity of crew by making relevant recommendations as well as to achieve cost effective maintenance.</li></ul>

<p>As a Vehicle Inspection Specialist, you will carry out thorough technical and visual inspections of used vehicles on behalf of prospective buyers. Your findings will be documented in clear, detailed reports that help clients understand the vehicle's true condition, spot hidden issues, and negotiate a fair price.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Perform comprehensive pre-purchase inspections of passenger cars, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles, covering 150+ inspection points.</li><li>Inspect the body and paintwork for accident damage, repairs, repainting, rust, and panel gaps, using a paint thickness gauge.</li><li>Assess the engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brakes, exhaust, and cooling systems for wear, leaks, and faults.</li><li>Run computer diagnostics (OBD-II) to read fault codes, check live data, and identify electronic or sensor issues.</li><li>Check electrical systems, lighting, infotainment, climate control, and safety features (airbags, ABS, ADAS).</li><li>Evaluate the interior condition, including upholstery, controls, and signs of flood or fire damage.</li><li>Inspect tires, wheels, and undercarriage condition.</li><li>Conduct road tests to evaluate engine performance, gear shifting, braking, handling, and unusual noises or vibrations.</li><li>Verify the VIN, service history, and mileage consistency, and flag possible odometer tampering.</li><li>Prepare clear, structured inspection reports with photos, severity ratings, and estimated repair costs.</li><li>Explain findings to clients professionally and objectively, by phone or in person.</li><li>Travel to dealerships, private sellers, and auctions to perform on-site inspections.</li><li>Maintain inspection tools and equipment in good working condition.</li></ul><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
