The role holds a pivotal position within Airport Emergency Services, as a Station Officer the role will be responsible in leading and managing all aspects of the Airport Rescue and Firefighting Service, ensuring the safety and security of passengers, staff and airport infrastructure<br>Provide Incident Command during emergency situations, making critical decisions to effectively manage and mitigate incidents. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>Develop, implement, and manage project-specific HSE plans, policies, and procedures aligned with ADNOC and UAE regulations.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments (HIRA, JSA, HAZOP/HAZID), reporting hazards and recommending solutions.</p></li><li><p>Perform incident and near-miss investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.</p></li><li><p>Lead emergency response/drills, including confined space rescue, firefighting, spill response training.</p></li><li><p>Deliver HSE training programs and toolbox talks and promote safety culture among all stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Review and approve contractors’ HSE documentation (risk assessments, method statements, PTW requests).</p></li><li><p>Monitor HSE performance metrics (KPI), prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports for senior management.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with regulatory bodies (ADNOC, MOH, Department of Health), and support audits and inspections.</p></li><li><p>Champion continuous improvement initiatives and sustainability projects.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health &amp; Safety or related discipline.</p></li><li><p>10 years of experience with minimum 8 years of HSE experience in oil &amp; gas EPC projects in UAE. ADNOC project exposure essential.
