The role requires strong technical competence, sound commercial judgement, independent decision-making, and daily travel to site to support project delivery. The individual will supervise one Project Surveyor and work closely with, and report to, the Commercial & Contracts Lead.</p><br><ul><li><strong>Cost & Budget Control:</strong>Act as custodian of the Cost Plan; update and report variances, risks, and forecasts. Track committed, incurred, and paid costs; prepare monthly cost and earned value reports.</li><li><strong>Pricing Schedules & BoQs</strong><u>: </u>Prepare Pricing Schedules & BoQs for new works and changes. Support procurement processes, tender clarifications, and commercial evaluations.</li><li><strong>Contract Administration</strong>: Administer contracts in accordance with the Employer’s procedures and Construction Contract.
