Position Overview<br><br>We are seeking an experienced Consultant Haematologist & Oncologist with strong Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT) experience to join a leading tertiary-care hospital in Dubai.<br><br>The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care for patients with benign and malignant haematological disorders, including acute and chronic leukaemias, lymphomas, multiple myeloma and other blood cancers. The role will also involve the assessment, management and follow-up of patients undergoing autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplantation.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Provide expert inpatient and outpatient consultation and management for haematology and oncology patients. Diagnose and manage malignant and non-malignant haematological conditions. Manage patients undergoing autologous and allogeneic BMT/HSCT. Perform and interpret bone marrow aspiration and biopsy procedures. Manage stem-cell mobilisation, collection, conditioning and transplantation. Provide pre-transplant assessment and post-transplant follow-up.
