<h4>Role overview</h4>
<p>This traineeship is a 6-month contract based in our Head Office in JAFZA, Jebal Ali. The work structure consists of 8 hours plus 1 hour lunch, 5 days a week plus 2 days off (weekends not fixed). During the 6-month training period, the candidate will gain work experience while learning on the job and receiving a monthly salary and benefits. The objective is not only to provide valuable experience, but also to identify and develop long-term talent that could potentially become part of our team after the trainee program.</p>
<h4>Key responsibilities:</h4>

<li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.</li>
<li>Provide accurate information about Dyson products, services, and promotions.</li>
<li>Assist customers with troubleshooting, product setup, and usage guidance.</li>
<li>Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing training and development programs.</li>
</ul>
<h4>What you'll need to succeed</h4>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills in English and Arabic and a customer-centric attitude.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Excel and basic AI chat prompts.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.</li>
<li>Prior customer service experience is required.</li>
<li>Technical background is preferable.</li>

Join us.<br><br>Job Description<br><br>Under direct supervision, performs basic and routine duties in a wide range of environmental, health and safety disciplines to achieve compliance with the ES&H standards along with federal and state regulatory requirements. Assists in the development, implementation and maintenance of safety and health programs, systems and procedures. Assists in monitoring hazards and diseases that could be present in the work area. Works with others to investigate accidents, injuries and complaints concerning hazards in the workplace. Participates in recommending improvement in processes, design, procedures and equipment to minimize hazards.
