You’ll work closely with strategic vendor partners to manage delivery timelines, budgets, and quality - ensuring that all integrations between vendor-built systems and Emirates’ enterprise platforms meet our technical and operational standards. You will be expected to drive delivery governance across internal and supplier teams, including dependency management, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, and stakeholder reporting to support programme delivery objectives.</p><br><br><p>The <strong>Agile Delivery Lead <strong>- Airline Operations</strong> </strong>performs the role of Scrum Master, developing and leading a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team, instilling in them a clear vision and a passionate drive. They play a leading role in fulfilling the vision, driving the implementation of technical products, and setting standards for teams to follow. </p><br><br><p><strong><u>In this role, you will:</u></strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Schedule user stories from the technical product backlog to the Sprint plan, focusing on regular and timely delivery of business value initiatives; facilitates agile ceremonies, e.g., product backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives.</li><li>Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, removing impediments/blockers to ensure optimal flow of value.</li><li>Guide the team on the use of Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight the business, and how to elicit the most out of self-organisation. Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team. Promotes empowerment of the team, ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the initiatives and is making a meaningful contribution, and encourages a sustainable pace, adhering to the agreed quality management plan with the team.</li><li>Work collaboratively with the Technical Product Owners to refine, clarify, and maintain the product backlog; together with the TPO, schedule and commit stories into sprints and visualise progress.</li><li>Support the Technical Product Owners in managing business expectations and transparency in both the product backlog and schedule for all initiatives.</li><li>Define and manage a well-defined process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Delivery Management and effectively manage conflict resolution.</li><li>Ensure the Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done (DOD) are being followed; make sure that each team member is fully engaged in the stories and making a meaningful contribution. Encourage a sustainable pace, adhering to the agreed quality management plan with the team. The role supports day-to-day hospital operations, including EMR systems, medical devices, and end-user computing.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Provide onsite IT support to clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and uninterrupted system availability. Support and troubleshoot Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, preferably Cerner, and other healthcare applications to maintain efficient clinical workflows. Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade end-user devices, including workstations, laptops, tablets, printers, and scanners. Assist with integrated medical devices and healthcare technology systems, coordinating with vendors and application teams to resolve issues. Perform basic network and infrastructure support, including connectivity, Wi-Fi, and access-related troubleshooting. Support IT projects, facility expansions, system rollouts, user training, and go-live activities to drive successful technology adoption.
