The role requires a blend of strong functional expertise, technical architecture knowledge, customer-facing consulting skills, and experience in delivering enterprise-scale Oracle EBS transformation initiatives.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>•Lead solution architecture and end-to-end application design for Oracle EBS Financials and SCM modules.•Engage with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle EBS solutions.•Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprinting sessions.•Design and review Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BI Publisher/BIP) reporting solutions.•Provide architectural guidance for customizations, integrations, extensions, and reporting requirements.•Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.•Act as the primary customer-facing architect, presenting solution approaches, design recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.•Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices, governance standards, and enterprise architecture principles.•Support testing, deployment planning, user acceptance activities, and production stabilization.

<p>Candidates must have at least 5 years of professional experience in Software Engineering, Backend Engineering, AI Applications, Automation Engineering, or related technical roles, with proven hands-on experience in delivering production-grade systems.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AI engineering, Full stack engineering, automation engineering, software engineering, or related fields.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications, backend systems, agentic systems, or workflow automations.</p></li><li><p>Strong hands-on experience in designing AI workflow orchestration, reducing model hallucinations, and building scalable Agentic AI architectures.</p></li><li><p>Strong programming skills in Python and Node.js.</p></li><li><p>Solid hands-on backend development experience in building REST APIs, web services, system integrations, authentication flows, and scalable server-side applications.</p></li></ul>
