You're comfortable developing useful estimates when information is incomplete, making assumptions explicit and explaining uncertainty clearly.</p><p>You can challenge engineering and project assumptions constructively while building strong cross-functional relationships, and you're motivated to improve the estimating discipline through better data, tools and technology.</p><p><br></p><p>Ideally, you'll bring:</p><ul><li>A degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Cost Engineering or a related technical discipline.</li><li>Typically 7–12+ years of relevant experience in capital project estimating, cost engineering or project controls.</li><li>Strong experience developing conceptual and early-stage CAPEX estimates for industrial, energy, infrastructure or EPC/EPCM projects.</li><li>Experience progressing estimates through increasing engineering maturity towards FID or equivalent investment approval.</li><li>Good understanding of Class 4 and Class 5 estimating methodologies and preferably recognised AACE recommended practices.</li><li>Practical understanding of equipment, materials, construction methods, labour productivity, logistics, project indirects and execution costs.</li><li>Experience working across different countries or regions and understanding how location and execution strategy influence project economics.</li><li>Strong Excel and quantitative modelling capability, ideally with experience of recognised capital cost estimating software or databases.</li><li>An interest in data, digitalisation, automation and AI and how these technologies can improve traditional capital project estimating.</li><li>Experience in renewable energy, process plants, industrial infrastructure or major EPC projects would be particularly relevant. Analysis of EK Fleets type courses examination results and identification of any required corrective actions on examinations conducted by him/her or assigned to him/her by Engineering Examinations Manager. Conduct of Engine run-up training; classroom and practical simulator sessions as and when required by Engineering. The classroom training must be as per the applicable Aircraft maintenance Manual (AMM), Emirates Procedures Manuals (EPMs) and Local airport authority directives, etc. Familiarize with conducting On-Line Distance Learning Synchronous (DLS) training through MS Teams as one of the standardised platforms commonly used. the ordering or attending physicians, the Cardiology Consultants, Critical Care Consultants, other Specialty Medical Consultants, Director of Interventional Cardiology, Manager of Heart Center and Senior Cardiac Technician following the American Hospital Dubai/AHVI Clinical Policy and Procedures, the Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA), the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), the American Heart Association (AHA), the American Society for Echocardiography, the Inter-societal Accreditation Commission and the American College of Cardiology clinical procedures and guidelines.</p><br><br>Responsibilities:<br><p><strong>Quality and Accuracy:</strong></p><br><ul> <li>Performs safe and quality basic and comprehensive cardiology diagnostic test procedures following the correct patient, and assists the patient or the patient’s relative with the registration and billing process requirement. </li> <li>Admits the patient to the department or visits the patient in a specified clinical area and independently performs the prescribed diagnostic test procedure.</li> <li>Provides the patient or the patient’s relative with clinical education for specific and prescribed
