for offshore water injection facilities.</b></li><li><b>Ensure systems achieve operational acceptance and performance guarantees.</b></li><li><b>Coordinate subsystem and system handovers to Operations.</b></li><li><b>Prepare handover dossiers, commissioning records, and final acceptance documentation.</b></li><li><b>Support operations personnel during start-up and stabilization status.</b></li></ul><br><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><br><br><ul><li><b>Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.</b></li><li><b>Professional engineering certification is preferred.</b></li><li><b>Commissioning and start-up certifications are advantageous.</b></li></ul><br><p><b>Experience</b></p><br><br><ul><li><b>Minimum 18-22 years of oil & gas industry experience.</b></li><li><b>Minimum 7 years in commissioning and start-up roles for offshore facilities.</b></li><li><b>Demonstrated experience on large EPC offshore projects.</b></li><li><b>Experience commissioning offshore utilities associated with: </b><ul><li><b>Water Injection Facilities</b></li><li><b>Offshore Platforms</b></li><li><b>Produced Water Systems</b></li><li><b>Gas Processing Facilities</b></li><li><b>Utility Infrastructure Systems</b></li></ul></li><li><b>Previous Middle East offshore project experience is preferred.</b></li></ul><br><p><b>Technical Skills</b></p><br><br><ul><li><b>Strong understanding of utility systems commissioning methodologies.</b></li><li><b>Experience with mechanical completion and commissioning management systems (ICAPS, WinPCS, COMPLEX, MCPlus, ProCoSys, or similar).</b></li><li><b>Knowledge of offshore operations and start-up processes.</b></li><li><b>Understanding of electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems.</b></li><li><b>Ability to interpret P&IDs, Cause & Effect diagrams, Single Line Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams, and system boundaries.</b></li><li><b>Familiarity with commissioning documentation and turnover processes.</b></li><li><b>Strong planning, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.</b></li></ul><br><p><b>Knowledge of Industry Standards</b></p><br><br><ul><li><b>API
