Minimum 15 years of experience in proposal engineering and tender management. At least 5 years of experience leading proposal teams. Strong experience in EPC projects for water and wastewater treatment. Hands-on experience with technologies such as UF, RO, SWRO, ZLD, STP, ETP, DM, MBR, and MBBR. Good understanding of process engineering, equipment selection, costing, and budgeting. Experience with Middle East standards and project requirements.
