Project Manager Company: Creative Home Building Contracting LLCLocation: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 10,000 – AED 15,000 per month Job Type: Full-time<br>About UsCreative Home Building Contracting is a premium residential renovation company based in Dubai. We specialize in full villa and apartment renovations for high-net-worth clients, investors, and families across Dubai. We are looking for a Project Manager who wants to grow with the business—not just manage projects, but help shape how we deliver them.<br>The Role You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of residential renovation projects and commercial, running 2–4 projects concurrently. From pre-contract signing through to final handover, you own the programme, the budget, the subcontractors, the authority approvals, and the client relationship on site. This is a hands-on role. You will be on site regularly, not behind a desk. You will be the face of Creative Home to our clients during the construction phase, which means your communication skills and professional presentation matter as much as your technical knowledge. You will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with the design team, estimator, and site supervisors.<br>Key Responsibilities Project Delivery· Manage 2–4 concurrent project lifecycles from mobilization to practical completion and handover.· Develop and maintain detailed project programmes (week-by-week, trade-by-trade).· Must be able to create budget sheet, project schedule before the project starts· Coordinate all trades on site, including the in-house team and subcontractors.· Conduct daily site visits/weekly formal site inspections across all active sites.· Identify risks early and resolve them before they become delays or cost overruns.· Ensure all works meet Creative Home quality standards and civil/structural standards before client sign-off.<br>Government & Authority Approvals· Submit and follow through on approvals with Dubai master developers and government entities (Nakheel, Emaar, DM, Trakhees, etc.).· Independently manage NOC applications, inspections, and completion certificates.<br>Client Management· Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the construction phase.· Provide clear, professional, and proactive weekly written progress updates to clients.· Manage client expectations regarding programme, scope changes, and variations.· Handle client concerns on site with composure and a solution-focused mindset.· Coordinate client sign-offs at key milestones to protect payment releases.<br>Commercial Management· Monitor project budget versus actual spend weekly across all active projects.· Raise and manage variation orders—ensure all scope changes are documented and priced before work begins.· Manage subcontractor orders and approve payments in line with progress.· Work with the estimator on procurement and material scheduling.<br>Team & Subcontractor Management· Lead the on-site team (supervisors, trades, and labor) across multiple sites.· Brief site supervisors daily on programming and priorities.· Manage subcontractor relationships regarding performance, quality, and programme compliance.<br>Reporting & Administration· Submit a weekly project update report every Friday covering programme status, budget position, risks, and the upcoming week's plan for every active project.· Maintain a site photo log with daily progress photos in the shared company folder.· Document all verbal agreements with clients and subcontractors in writing.<br>What We Are Looking For Experience & Qualifications· Education: Civil Engineering background (Degree or equivalent technical foundation) is required.· Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in UAE residential renovation or fit-out.· Track Record: Proven success delivering projects in the AED 200,000–1,500,000 range.· Multi-Project Management: Proven experience managing 2–4 concurrent projects (this is core to the role).· Approvals: Direct, hands-on experience securing approvals from Nakheel, Emaar, or other Dubai master developers/authorities is strictly required.· Experience with swimming pool and landscaping project is a plus<br>Practical Requirements· Valid UAE driving license and own car (fuel expenses will be reimbursed).· G+1 construction license in Dubai (Member of the Society of Engineers / SOE).· Must currently hold a transferable UAE residence visa (we are not sponsoring candidates from outside the country at this time).· Availability to start quickly.· Languages : English and Hindi are a must Work Location: In person<br>If you are interested in the position and can start immediately, please email your CV to ryan@creativehome.ae
