This role involves overseeing the creation, maintenance, and quality control of BIM models and shop drawings, ensuring they meet project requirements and standards.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>BIM Standards Development and Implementation:<br><br>Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards and workflows. Ensure all BIM models and shop drawings adhere to company and project-specific standards. <br><br>Coordination and Collaboration:<br><br>Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes. Proactively manage the marketing calendar the program and partners and reconcile actual activity versus planned activity. Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to, from briefing to sign offs, budgeting to media planning and that all activities are traffic managed properly and implemented on time. <h4>What you’ll be doing</h4>
<p>The D3 receptionist is responsible for all front office operations such as handling company incoming and outgoing telephone calls, dispatching of mail, couriers and time sheets. The job holder is the single point of contact for all messages and information.</p>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Daily collection and delivery of mail from PO Box and transfer to office mail room when assigned</li>
<li>Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages</li>
<li>Provide information about establishment such as location and working hours of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided</li>
<li>Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations</li>
<li>Maintain guest reservation system</li>
<li>Receive, sort, and route mail, with courier and deliveries</li>
<li>Manage the mail room by allocating mailspace for each department/company</li>
<li>Assist staff and keep a track of the international calls and faxes to enable the accounts department to debit the amount to the personnel</li>
<li>Be aware of the location of staff i.e. out of the office in a meeting, on leave, on business trips etc.</li>
<li>Arrange for public transportation if requested by guests</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date telephone lists</li>
<li>Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating</li>

<p>Our Beauty Consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all customers and for using appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets. Our Beauty Consultant is accountable for counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, handling new launches, promotion of products, and merchandising. Our consultant is also required to maintain high levels of standards in terms of grooming.</p>

<li>Address customers' queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services</li>

<li>Ensure merchandising levels in the store are met as per the brand guidelines</li>
