You will be responsible for the end-to-end development, maintenance, and performance optimization of e-commerce and brand websites built on <strong><u>Shopify </u></strong>and integrated with platforms like Amazon, ERP, and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in both front-end and back-end development, a solid understanding of e-commerce best practices, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead and manage full-stack development across all brand and e-commerce websites <strong><u>(Shopify)</u></strong>.</p></li><li><p>Ensure seamless integration between websites and backend systems (ERP, CRM, analytics, and payment gateways).</p></li><li><p>Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.</p></li><li><p>Monitor websites regularly for uptime, loading speed, and technical issues; apply bug fixes as needed.</p></li><li><p>Implement e-commerce best practices across platforms, focusing on checkout flows and conversion optimization.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal teams including designers to integrate front-end visuals and maintain brand consistency.</p></li><li><p>Maintain site security and data integrity across all web properties.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for web-related challenges.</p></li><li><p>Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of full-stack web development experience, with proven <strong><u>Shopify expertise.</u></strong></li><li><strong>Proficient in Shopify in a must.</strong></li><li>Strong experience with ERP (SAP or similar platforms preferred).</li><li>Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, website speed optimization tools, and performance metrics.</li><li>Ability to independently manage multiple projects and platforms with high attention to detail.</li><li>Previous experience in an e-commerce or retail environment is required.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills.</li></ul>
