Job Summary

<ul><li><p>Plan and supervise civil construction activities for power projects, substations, utility buildings, and associated infrastructure.</p></li><li><p>Review approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and construction documents prior to execution.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Electrical and MEP teams to ensure smooth execution of multidisciplinary works.</p></li><li><p>Supervise civil works including excavation, earthworks, foundations, structural concrete, buildings, roads, drainage, cable trenches, retaining structures, and external works.</p></li><li><p>Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate setting out, surveying, excavation, reinforcement, formwork, concreting, masonry, waterproofing, finishing, and related activities.</p></li><li><p>Monitor site progress and ensure civil activities productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.</p></li><li><p>Typically 7–10 years of relevant civil construction experience, preferably in power, substation, EPC, infrastructure, or industrial projects.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in civil construction and site execution for large-scale projects.</p></li><li><p>Experience with foundations, reinforced concrete structures, buildings, roads, drainage, cable trenches, earthworks, and external works.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, specifications, quality control, and site engineering practices.</p></li><li><p>Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, architectural, and multidisciplinary engineering drawings.</p></li><li><p>Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary with civil works for HV/EHV substations, including equipment foundations, control buildings, cable trenches, roads, drainage, fencing, and associated infrastructure.</p></li><li><p>UAE/GCC project experience is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Experience with major EPC contractors, consultants, or utility clients will be an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of DEWA, TAQA/TRANSCO, or other UAE
