RICS/MRICS accreditation is a plus. A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the UAE real estate Developer or construction sector. Strong understanding of local laws, regulations and industry practice in the UAE. Extensive experience in the FIDIC suite of contracts. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, contractors, consultants and local authorities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk, manage changes and proactively implement solutions.
