Overview<br><br>Atkins Réalis is Looking for HSEW Officer.<br><br>Your role<br><br>Health, Safety and Environmental Engineer<br><br>Adhere to and implement Atkins Réalis internal HSE management system requirements and procedures for Atkins Réalis site team. Adhere to project HSE requirements and implement this to Atkins Réalis team. Monitor the compliance of all WSA staff with the applicable safety standards and company's procedures and bring to the attention of the Project Manager any safety violations by WSA site team for their further action. Monitor, assess and report on Contractor and Sub Contractors HSE compliance with the project HSE requirements as per the Contract and HSE legislation / best practice. Immediately bring to the attention of the Atkins Réalis PM the critical and outstanding safety issues for their further actions. Conduct and co-ordinate regular safety training for WSA staff. Carry out daily site HSE tours with Contractor HSE staff and highlight findings. Issue Safety Enforcement Notices (SEN) as per applicable Atkins Réalis SEN procedure. Follow up with the Contractor on outstanding HSE issues, including SEN's'and ensuring prompt closure with adequate evidence of compliance. Review and comment of the Contractors HSE Plans. Advise the Contractor to update the site safety plan when necessary. Review and comment on Contractors risk assessments and work method statements. Develop and update Atkins Réalis HSE documents (the Safety File), e.g. HSE Plan, HSE specific site risk assessment, office risk assessment, office fire risk assessment, etc. Conduct accident and incident investigations for Atkins Réalis staff. Compile accident report and incident statistics. Chair weekly safety meetings where required with the Contractor and other parties as necessary. Issue MOM on time (within 48 hours). Report any outstanding and critical safety issues or lack of action by the Contractor in the weekly progress meetings. Prepare and maintain Atkins Réalis HSE registers, e.g. training, induction, SEN, inspection reports, accident/Incident, and others as required. Report any accident on site immediately to Atkins Réalis UAE Health and Safety Manager and Line Manager. Communicate, coordinate and seek any advice from Atkins Réalis UAE Health and Safety Manager as required.<br><br>About You<br><br>Qualification & Certification<br><br>Minimum HSE qualifications with NEBOSH Diploma/IGC. Lead auditor course ( ISO45001 and ISO14001). <p><strong><u>JOB PURPOSE:</u></strong></p><p>Assists Consultants/Specialists and treating teams in implementing management plan. Performs documentation in EMR in a timely manner and in accordance with Fakeeh care policies and procedures.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Interviews and evaluates patients during his/her duty hours, and takes thorough accurate medical history, including detailed medication history, socioeconomic, psychological and functional history, and performs physical exams as applicable. Documents findings and relevant clinical information in the patient's medical record.</li><li>Notifies the attending physician about any admitted inpatients and discusses with him/her the patient's clinical condition and any medical details that warrant further or additional management, clarify with him/her the needed work up and management plan.</li><li>Conducts daily rounds to every inpatient in his / her assigned wards, and documents in the progress notes his / her findings along with assessment and plan of care.</li><li>Covers call Rota as first on call as per departmental schedules</li><li>Responds immediately to patient's medical complaints, evaluates and manages the patient with assistance of the concerned specialist or consultant, and documents findings and plan of care in the progress notes.</li><li>Documents all the indications and clinical justifications for all requested advanced diagnostic tests (e.g. C.T. scan, MRI.U/S) and for management steps and ensure documentation complies with Fakeeh Care Policies and with insurance companies standards , including accurate choice of ICD’s.</li><li>Completes handover/ Handoff at the end of duty shifts for all inpatients in his / her assigned ward to his / her colleague.</li><li>Coordinates between the patient and all disciplines of health care team involved in the care provision including nurses, consultants, clinical dietitians, social workers, laboratory and radiology departments and Insurance company doctors, etc.</li><li>Fills accurately and properly all required forms in patient's medical record as defined by Fakeeh Care policies including the medical transfer form for all patients transferred from his / her ward to another wards.</li><li>Completes properly and accurately the discharge summaries of his inpatients and discusses the discharge instruction sheet and take home medications with the discharged patients.</li><li>Attends all departmental meetings and participates actively in all departmental projects and activities.</li><li>Participates in all quality and patient safety activities in the Fakeeh Health Care facility.</li><li>Acts as an active member of the Fakeeh Health Care facility and shares in all efforts that facilitate the provision of safe, uneventful and smooth care to Fakeeh Care patients.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Education & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Medicine and Surgery or the equivalent from an accredited institution.</li><li>MD in General Surgery an advantage</li><li>Recent 3-5 years experience in busy hospitals and Surgical Setup.</li></ul><p><br></p>
