In this role, you will act as the key operational link between internal teams, expatriate employees, external vendors, and UAE government platforms. By ensuring flawless execution of visa processes, pension contributions, WPS compliance, and onboarding, you will help build an exceptional employee experience while maintaining strict audit readiness and operational excellence.<br><br><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><br><ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end UAE immigration and mobility processes, including visas, work permits, free-zone clearances, and international assignee relocations.</li>
<li>Oversee HR administration on official UAE platforms, including MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, UAE Pass, NAFIS, GPSSA, and WPS portals.</li>
<li>Lead complete employee lifecycle operations (onboarding to offboarding) for UAE and designated EMEA hires, maintaining audit-ready records.</li>
<li>Facilitate Emiratisation (NAFIS) processes and coordinate monthly GPSSA pension registrations and contributions with finance and payroll.</li>
<li>Ensure full WPS compliance by reconciling MOHRE contractual salaries against payroll records and executing timely salary payments.</li>
<li>Coordinate health insurance enrollments, issue standard employee documentation, and manage vendor invoice validations.</li>
<li>Support process digitization, system standardization, and broader HR operational projects across the EMEA region.</li>
</ul><br><p><b>Expected Qualifications</b></p><br><ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.</li>
<li>Extensive experience in HR operations, shared services, or global mobility, with direct exposure to multi-country EMEA environments.</li>
<li>In-depth practical knowledge of UAE labor laws, free-zone regulations, NAFIS (Emiratisation), GPSSA pension management, and WPS processes.</li>
<li>Proven track record of working with UAE government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP), external PROs, relocation vendors, and EOR providers.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with a focus on data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.</li>
<li>Adaptable and clear communicator, comfortable prioritizing complex operational tasks in an agile workspace.</li>
<li>Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is required.</li>
