Review CCTV footage and other security information when required for incident investigation. Assist with safety briefings, emergency drills, inspections, and compliance activities. Report equipment faults involving CCTV, alarms, access control, communication systems, or other security equipment. Maintain confidentiality of security information, incident records, CCTV footage, and company information. Identify opportunities to improve security procedures, workplace safety, emergency response, and compliance standards. Requirements & Qualifications Previous experience as a Security Control Room Operator, Security Officer, Safety Officer, CCTV Operator, Safety Compliance Officer, or similar role. Experience in security, facilities, property management, manufacturing, commercial buildings, or other operational environments would be an advantage. Good knowledge of CCTV monitoring, access control, alarm systems, and basic security procedures. Strong observation, attention-to-detail, and situational awareness skills. Good communication, coordination, and incident-reporting abilities. Ability to remain calm, alert, and professional during emergencies or stressful situations. Strong understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirements. Good computer skills and familiarity with CCTV, access control, incident reporting, or monitoring systems. Reliable, responsible, disciplined, and able to follow procedures accurately. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with security and operations teams. Physically fit and able to conduct regular site inspections when required. Flexible to work shifts, nights, weekends, public holidays, or extended hours when required. The Quality Assurance/Compliance Monitoring Officer will support and execute the Quality Assurance strategy within the aviation maintenance site as directed by the GAL QA Manager and/or Aviation Directorate in accordance with AFAD Technical Affairs Directorate regulations to ensure contractual requirements are being maintained.
