About Tabby:

Tabby creates financial freedom in the way people shop, earn and save by reshaping their relationship with money. Over 15 million users choose Tabby to stay in control of their spending and make the most out of their money.

The company's flagship offering allows shoppers to split their payments online and in-store with no interest or fees. Over 40,000 global brands and small businesses, including Amazon, Noon, IKEA, and SHEIN use Tabby to accelerate growth and gain loyal customers by offering easy and flexible payments online and in stores. Tabby generates over $10 billion in annual transaction volume for its partner brands and is the highest-rated, most-reviewed, largest, and fastest-growing FinTech in the GCC region.

Tabby launched in 2019 and has since raised +$1 billion in equity and debt funding from global and regional investors, and is now valued at $4.5 billion.
About the Role:
Long before wire transfers and SWIFT codes, there was hawala. A merchant in Basra handed money to a broker, and a relative in Cairo collected it days later from a different broker who had never seen the cash. The whole thing ran on trust and a ledger settled later between people who knew each other's names.
Twelve centuries on, the Gulf is still where the world's money crosses borders. The UAE is the second largest remittance market on earth, and for millions of people here, sending money home is the most important financial thing they do all month. But the trust has drained out of it. People check three apps, compare rates, wait for a good day — doing the work the system should be doing for them. Trusting someone with your money should mean not having to check. A fair rate every time, and the flexibility to send on the day it's needed.

Tabby is already in millions of pockets across the UAE, which puts us in an unique position to do something about it. We're adding global transfers to the same app people trust, and we're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to take it to market.

Key Responsibilities

Own go-to-market for global transfers — positioning, messaging, launch sequencing, and corridor-by-corridor planning.

Understand the sender, not just the shopper. Many of these people already use Tabby, but sending money home is a different act from buying something, with different stakes, triggers and anxieties. You'll do the research, quant and qual, and bring back insight sharp enough to change what we build, not just what we say.

Turn existing customers into senders, and senders into habitual ones. You'll work with lifecycle, performance and product on the sequencing that gets a first transfer done and the second one to follow.

Build memory around the moments that trigger a transfer — rather than defaulting to the rate-and-offer marketing this category runs on.

Deploy a marketing budget across channels and incentives, and be accountable for what it returns.

Know the competitive landscape better than anyone here, and make that knowledge useful rather than decorative.

Work with brand studio, performance, lifecycle and product to get work made and shipped.

Measure honestly — incrementality over attribution, repeat behaviour over one-off volume, and a clear view on which numbers matter and which are theatre.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

5+ years in consumer product marketing or growth, where you owned outcomes rather than assets

Launched a new product into an established category and found an angle that wasn't price

Can take something structurally complex — FX, fees, settlement times, limits — and make it clear and trustworthy without becoming misleading

Comfort with data: sizing a market, reading a cohort curve, designing a holdout, telling a real result from a flattering one

Strong writing. Most of this job is arguments and words

Real cross-functional range — holds their own with product and engineering, briefs a creative team well

Deep familiarity with the UAE and the communities that live and work here

Fintech experience is a plus, especially payments or anything regulated.

Job Benefits

Relocation Support

We offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well at times that suit you and your team.

A working environment that gives you autonomy and responsibility from day one.

You should be comfortable with the idea that the quality of your work will influence the shape of your career.

Participation in the company’s employee stock options (ESOP) program.

Health Insurance.

Flexi Perks: a monetary benefit to spend on what matters most to you — health, well-being, education, or professional development.

Prevail Fund’s Education Fund ($1.2B target to improve learning outcomes for 27.5 million children) is early evidence that that focused, long-term capital behind a proven intervention can improve societal norms. By the end of the decade, we're building toward five to seven major funds across education, livelihoods, health, and beyond.

We're looking for a Head of Finance to build the function to make that scale possible. If you're excited by building financial structures and teams capable of deploying capital at that scale, we’d love to hear from you.

Note: This is a fully remote position. We’re able to hire between -6 UTC (US Central Time) and +3 UTC (East Africa Time). Candidates should be legally eligible to work in their country - we are only able to sponsor visas in exceptional circumstances.

About Prevail Fund

Prevail is a new foundation dedicated to catalyzing large-scale social change by supporting private philanthropists and field implementers to pursue more ambitious and impactful goals. We work with private philanthropists to fund specific initiatives for 10-12 years. Rather than diversifying across multiple causes, we prioritize deep, strategic investments in proven solutions with the potential to reshape global norms. For example, our first fund aims to improve foundational education for over 27.5 million children across 11 national governments in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.

Prevail provides patient capital to implementers – primarily in the form of grants that grow over time as our partner organizations scale. In addition to funding, Prevail also offers a suite of systems and talent development services designed to address common growth barriers and prepare partner organizations for accelerated scale.

To achieve our goals, we're assembling a team of results-oriented individuals with strong implementation experience and a passion for delivering impact at scale through strategic philanthropy.

In Our First Three Years, We've

Provided $50M+ in funding to date, to support 25+ partners across Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia, growing very quickly Helped partners to strengthen foundational learning outcomes for over 3 million children Hired 35+ mission-driven team members Executed dozens of in-field projects to help support key functions for our implementing partners

You can find a bit more information about Prevail Fund and what to expect from our recruitment process here.

About The Role

We have successfully launched a $1.2bn education fund, and we will launch two further funds this year. In the next few years, we will be directly running multiple large funds across different sectors, and indirectly supporting other funds as well.

We’re looking for a Head of Finance to work directly with David Hylden (Co Founding Partner) to build a finance function to make that scale possible. With the right people, systems and technology, you will help to shape how billions of dollars are structured, allocated and ultimately translated into impact.

What You’ll Do

Build Prevail’s capital infrastructure: Design and operationalize the financial, legal, and giving structures that enable Prevail to receive, steward, and deploy philanthropic capital with trust, compliance, and speed across funds, entities, donors, and geographies. This includes owning Prevail's legal infrastructure - entity structuring, jurisdictional compliance, and external legal resourcing - without necessarily having a legal background yourself Lead financial strategy and capital allocation: Help Prevail make ambitious but responsible decisions about how much capital it needs, how much it can responsibly commit, when it can deploy funds. This involves leading Prevail’s budgeting, reserve planning, scenario planning and capital allocation analysis that will lead to clear recommendations for leadership and the Board. The Head of Finance will translate those decisions into practical financial plans and operating guidance Build a technology-enabled finance function: Build and lead a lean, technology-enabled finance function that enables Prevail to grow rapidly and deploy more capital for impact. You will identify the gaps, hire the right people, and develop them into a high-performing team. You will also prioritise and leverage tech/AI solutions that make the function faster, more efficient and scalable, rather than always defaulting to growing with additional headcount. Lead partner financial diligence and shape cost-effectiveness approach: Surface financial risks and potential grantee issues early through clear, practical diligence. In collaboration with Partner Support and program teams, help Prevail and its partners understand current program costs, cost structures at scale, unit economics, financial health, and capacity to absorb additional funding.

About you: You’ll thrive in fast-paced environments and bring:

Work experience. You have 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a CFO, Head of Finance, or other senior finance role. You're interested in big-bet philanthropy and global development. Experience in the development space is an asset but not required. Excellent financial modeling and analytical judgment. You are highly comfortable building and interrogating financial models, budgets, scenarios, and investment cases. You can identify the real decision at stake, and help leaders understand tradeoffs. Strong finance fundamentals. You bring strong judgment across budgeting, accounting, controls, audit, compliance, treasury, restricted funding, and financial reporting. You do not need to have done everything yourself, but you know what good vs. great looks like and can build the right team, systems, and external support around the work. Experience with complex financial structures. You are excited by the challenge of designing practical financial infrastructure for a growing organization. Experience with multi-entity, multi-country, restricted funding, grants, investments, donor-advised funds, fiscal sponsorships, or cross-border funding structures would be a strong plus. Clear track record of using tech/tools to build efficiencies: You are genuinely excited about what AI and modern finance tools can do, and you have a consistent track-record of leveraging technology and developing lean and effective processes. You default to systems and automation over headcount, and you have the technical fluency to evaluate tools yourself rather than just delegate the question. Strong people manager: You have a clear track record of building and supporting high performing teams. Clear communicator and humility. You can explain complex financial issues clearly to leadership, program teams, donors, partners, and the Board, and bring humor, patience, and a service-oriented approach to the work.

What We Offer

Full time, permanent contract. Fully remote position with opportunity to travel 2-4 times per year. Competitive salary based on experience, skills and location. We share salary bands with candidates before the first call; final offers are based on interview performance. Meaningful benefits. Health insurance and wellness benefits, home workspace or co-working stipend, plus a learning and development budget. Growth opportunities. We deeply care about investing in our team’s professional development. You’ll receive strong manager support, targeted feedback, performance support, clear pay progression, upwards or lateral mobility. Flexible leave policy. Including 25 days PTO, plus public holidays.

Location & start date: This is a fully remote position. We’re able to hire between -6 UTC (US Central Time) and +3 UTC (East Africa Time). Are you obsessed with owning marketing outcomes, not just marketing tasks?

What if your campaigns didn't just hit a KPI, but shaped how millions of people grow, learn, and act on their potential?

This isn't a "manage an agency and report up" marketing job.

We're not looking for someone who orchestrates other people's execution. You're a builder. You see an opportunity and your hands itch to write the campaign, launch it, and read the results yourself. ???? You don't fear AI, you leverage it. Claude Code, prompt pipelines, and automation tools are core to how you work, you treat AI as a team of interns that lets you run what used to require five hires. ⚡️ You'd rather launch a scrappy campaign this week than a perfect plan next quarter. Bias to action is your default setting. ???? You make decisions with data. You can read performance across channels, kill what doesn't work fast, and double down on what does.

3–5 years under your belt, ready to own marketing outcomes end to end in a startup.

Full-time, remote or Dubai office. French and English fluency required.

About Paradox

WHAT WE DO

At Paradox, we are convinced that greatness is trainable.

That’s why we want to empower people at scale, by leveraging cutting edge technologies like AI, and crafting user experiences with outstanding aesthetics.

We do that by merging :

Human Intelligence (coaches, peers, and mentors) Structured Intelligence (protocols, mental models, rituals), Technological Intelligence (AI personalization, feedback loops, adaptive journeys)

To create one seamless ecosystem: Paradox OS.

OUR BELIEFS

We believe self-help is broken.

Most learning platforms are used the same way : consuming generic theories, getting quick highs, ending with no real change.

At Paradox, we believe people deserve more.

More than content. More than motivation.

They deserve a system that knows them, one that adapts, challenges, and grows with them.

We believe that every human learns differently, and that technology can do more than entertain or save time.

It can translate insight into transformation, through AI personalization, lean experimentation, and deep psychological understanding.

Because learning shouldn’t just make you feel inspired for a day, it should change how you live, think, and create.

OUR VISION

At Paradox, we want to re-invent how people grow.

We do not build another course or coaching app but the Operating System for Greatness.

Founded by David Laroche, a creator followed by over 2 million people and known for his interviews with icons like Tony Parker, Mike Horn, Richard Branson, and Gad Elmaleh, Paradox aims to build something that will live beyond any individual (including its founder), for decades to come.

Our ambition is to compete with players like Mindvalley (150M ARR), but with a sharper vision, grounded protocols for achievers, people who want more for their life, refusing mediocrity.

To do that, we bring together designers, tech, coaches, and filmmakers to create learning experiences that are cinematic, precise, and effective.

We move fast, aim high, and hold ourselves to the standards of Apple, Spotify, and Master Class. No fluff, focused on meaningful impact.

While others hide their numbers, we want to let our results speak loudly for us.

Get obsessed with transforming our clients’ lives and let those transformations be our marketing.

And that’s where you come in.

YOUR MISSION ????

Own marketing performance across channels, not as a coordinator, but as an operator. You set the strategy, but you also execute it, using AI leverage to punch well above the size of your team.

Your Key Responsibilities

Own channel strategy & execution : You set priorities across paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing, and you execute the core of it yourself rather than fully delegating. Run campaigns hands-on : Briefs, copy, targeting, launch, analysis. You touch the full loop, not just the strategy slide. AI leverage : You leverage Claude Code daily to build campaign assets, automate reporting, generate creative variations, and run processes that would otherwise require a full team. This is expected, not optional. Read the data & reallocate fast : You live in GA4, ad platforms, and Looker Studio. You reallocate budget/effort toward what compounds within days, not months. Coordinate the extended team : You brief and align Growth, Social, and Content Factory efforts so channels reinforce each other instead of working in silos. Report outcomes, not activity : You bring data-backed recommendations to leadership, not just a status update.

You'll own KPIs: CAC/LTV by channel, pipeline/revenue attributable to marketing, campaign velocity (launches per month).

Desired outcomes: A marketing engine that runs lean, compounds over time, and doesn't require headcount growth to scale output.

DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?

Experience

3–5 years in marketing, ideally with both strategic and hands-on execution experience (not pure agency-management background). You can show us what you've built and shipped : tests, landing pages, automations, audiences. Portfolio > pedigree. A scrappy before/after beats a polished CV. You already use AI daily to create leverage and solve complex issues.

Personality

Curiosity: You relentlessly dig into why users behave the way they do until you uncover the insight behind the data. Hands-On Execution : you build, you don't just brief. Precision: You care about clarity in hypotheses, clean data, and unambiguous results. Agility: You move fast, adapt instantly to new findings, and turn insights into tests within hours, not weeks.

Language

French: Native / Bilingual

English: Fluent English, you can hold a conversation on specific details with English-speaking colleagues.

Our chosen language for written communication is English.

IT MIGHT NOT BE FOR YOU

You want a strict separation between work and life. Execution speed is our biggest advantage right now. A 9-to-5 mindset guarantees you'll fall behind. You need clarity, stability, and established process before you can act. We're still building the machine. If you need everything defined before you move, wrong place. You want to be told exactly what to do. We hire people who bring solutions, not people who wait for instructions.

WHY JOIN US ❤️

Help us market a product that fuses neuroscience, design, and AI to reinvent how humans grow.

Work with filmmakers, psychologists, engineers, and creatives obsessed with impact.

In the heart of our headquarters stands the 100 000 Dreams Wall,

Every photo on that wall is a life rewritten:

“I ran a marathon.”

“I started my company.”

“I found peace with my father.”

You will play a crucial role in the development of an Iconic Product.

Growth & Ambition

> ????Being surrounded by A-players who strive to perform

Impact & Meaning

> Playing a crucial role in the development of a company whose content and products will be used by millions of people> Waking up in the morning feeling like you are making a difference is something!

We receive messages every day from clients who have successfully lost weight, quit smoking, reach a milestone in their business, built better relationships, and made positive changes in their lives.

> ❤️ Contributing to the Paradox Foundation (our non-profit), dedicated to empower teenagers

But that's not all, we believe that driven people deserve…

Freedom & Well Being ????

> ????A company culture based on autonomy & accountability> ????Flexible working hours> ????A remote culture from day one with the freedom to work from wherever you want> ????Work on Mac, for us it counts :)

HIRING PROCESS ????

????
