Supervising journal entries, managing general ledger reconciliations, monitoring month-end and year-end closing processes, and supporting audit and assurance engagements where necessary. Preparing management reports, supporting financial planning, and contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of service. Providing guidance to clients on taxation-related matters (including VAT and Corporate Tax) as well as general business advisory. Overseeing the implementation and optimisation of accounting software and internal controls. Qualifications The candidate must have prior experience of working in an audit firm and should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, whilst undergoing their accounting qualification.<br>Proficiency in using accounting software (Sage, Tally, Zoho Books,etc). Strong technical accounting skills, including preparation and review of Financial Statements and management of Journal Entries (Accounting). Good knowledge of IFRS and UAE regulatory requirements; exposure to VAT and Corporate Tax compliance and reporting is necessary.
