<p>Job Pupose:</p><p>The position is responsible for managing design-related tasks, including the creation of store designs specific to the relevant markets. The designer will play a critical role in all phases of the architectural process, from conceptual design through construction administration, ensuring that our projects uphold the highest standards of functionality, aesthetics, and brand identity. Additionally, this role serves as a supportive function within the company, assisting with business requirements and ensuring that design proposals and solutions comply with broader Americana standards and policies to achieve departmental goals.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Translate Organization’s vision into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.</li><li>Generate innovative and creative design solutions that meet project objectives and business demand.</li><li>Understanding of customer flow patterns and ability to design spaces that enhance the customer and guest experience.</li><li>Prepare Demarcation layouts for Multiple F&B / Retail brands.</li><li>Conduct the project site and prepare the measured site survey drawing.</li><li>Conduct the Remodels, renovation, and retrofit project scoping with all the stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders within and outside the organization to ensure that the project outcome is in line with the brief and in line with the Organizational requirements.</li><li>Address concerns and present design solutions in a professional manner.</li><li>Produce high-quality drawings and documentation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail with minimal errors.</li><li>Adherence to project budgets, timelines, and design specifications.</li><li>Ensures that the Americana brand guidelines and standards are rigorously followed.</li><li>Ensures that the Design complies in all aspects with the Brand Design guidelines.</li><li>Prepares well-coordinated designs which covers all the aspects of MEP and local regulations which are in place in their geographical location.</li><li>Follow up timely with internal and external stakeholders on the design tasks to ensure timely delivery of the design process as per the defined SLA’s.</li><li>Demonstrate initiative and reflect a sense of urgency in daily duties by meeting or improving upon deadlines.</li><li>Effective use of relevant design software (AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Studio -Max, Rhino, Sketchup etc.) to create clear and concise drawings.</li><li>Showcase commitment to professional development by staying updated on industry trends, building codes, and software advancements.</li><li>Provide regular update and status of assigned work to the Line manager.</li><li>Update the PMO tool with accomplished project milestones at every stage.</li><li>Continuous improvements in the overall process of the design cycle and exhibit openness to receive constructive feedback.</li><li>Conducting thorough reviews of own work to ensure minimal errors.</li><li>Propose and offer value-engineering design options to ensure that Cost is minimized.</li><li>Offer timely support in preparing the design adjustments and changes during the site construction stage due to external reasons and factors.
