<p><b>Position Overview</b></p>
<p>We are seeking an outstanding <b>Primary ELL / Inclusion Teacher</b> to join our school for an <b>immediate start, or January 2027 at the latest</b>.</p>
<p>This is a specialist role supporting Primary students who require additional support with <b>English language acquisition and/or additional learning needs</b>.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will work collaboratively with Primary classroom teachers, Inclusion and ELL colleagues to identify barriers to learning and provide targeted, personalised support that enables students to access the curriculum, develop confidence and make strong progress.</p>
<p>We are looking for an adaptable and nurturing practitioner with a strong understanding of language development, inclusive education and the needs of young learners within a diverse international school environment.</p>

<li>Support the development of students' speaking, listening, reading and writing skills across the curriculum.</li>
<li>Provide teachers with strategies to support multilingual learners and students with additional learning needs within the classroom.</li>
<li>Build positive relationships with students, helping them develop confidence, independence and a sense of belonging.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and support.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Inclusion, ELL, pastoral and Primary teaching teams.</li>
<li>Contribute to a whole-school culture that celebrates linguistic and learning diversity.</li>
