Generate qualified B2B leads through networking, referrals, Linked In, and direct outreach. Schedule meetings and product demonstrations. Understand customer requirements and business objectives. Coordinate with the Appzeon team throughout the sales process. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Assist in commercial discussions until contract signing. Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates. Represent the company professionally at networking events and business meetings when applicable.<br>Preferred Qualifications Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Recruitment, HR Technology, Saa S, or Staffing. Existing network within UAE recruitment agencies or HR industry is highly desirable. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Comfortable working independently in a commission-driven environment.
