Action is an independent one</p><p>• Be the change you seek–You should have the courage and resourcefulness to spark change – to make better our products, our people, our environment and our company</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (i.e. Computing)</p><p>• Technical certifications especially in vendor products is highly advantageous</p><p>• 10 to 15 years’ total work experience, with knowledge and experience in ICT, Telecom, and/or Tech professional services - B2B sector(s) preferred</p><p>• Experience of other sectors such as Digital banking/Fintech; Digital retail experience is highly desirable</p><p>• Identifying technology solutions to expand the channel footprint and penetration rate for unassisted and partner channels is of prime importance and the candidate is expected to have relevant cutting edge technology knowledge and experience in architecting such solutions</p><p>• Digital transformation – must have worked on legacy to ‘new era /digital’ transformation; including scoping MVP and MVA [minimum viable architecture]</p><p>• Proven experience in delivering solutions that are driving customer engagement, penetration and revenue on digital channels</p>
