Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Fresh Graduate Accountant based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will support the company's day-to-day accounting and financial activities and should have a good understanding of accounting principles and the full accounting cycle. The role will involve recording and organizing financial transactions, preparing journal entries, maintaining accounting records, and assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable. Daily responsibilities will include checking invoices and supporting documents, recording transactions, reconciling accounts, following up on outstanding payments, assisting with bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate and organized financial records. The Accountant will also assist in preparing financial reports, monitoring expenses, supporting monthly closing activities, and coordinating with management and other departments regarding financial and accounting matters. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, good organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and develop professionally. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Good understanding of accounting principles and the full accounting cycle. Basic knowledge of journal entries, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation. <p><b>Overview Of The Role:</b></p><p>The Senior Accountant I2P plays a crucial role, ensuring compliance with organizational policies in managing petty cash processes. The position involves verification, processing, and reconciliation of petty cash transactions while mitigating financial risks. Success in this role demands a keen attention to detail, efficient payment processing, and regular interaction with business units to support day-to-day operations.
