Must be familiar with the production processes for EDP/EDT Perfumes, CPO attars, Roll-ons, Deodorants, Cosmetics, Bakhoor, and Oud muattars.<br></p><ul><li><p>Plan, organize, and supervise daily perfume production activities.</p></li><li><p>Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timelines and resources.</p></li><li><p>Plan, organize, and supervise quality control activities for incoming raw materials, packaging materials, bulk products, and finished products.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with R&D, Warehouse, Procurement, and Sales/Planning teams to ensure smooth production flow.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and control raw material and packaging inventory, coordinating with the procurement to prevent any shortages or excess stocks.</p></li><li><p>Ensure correct implementation of batch sheets, formulas, production orders, and SOPs.</p></li><li><p>Monitor raw material and packaging material consumption and minimize wastage.</p></li><li><p>Ensure complete batch traceability and documentation from raw material receipt through production, QC inspection, filling, packing, and finished product release.</p></li><li><p>Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective measures to improve productivity.</p></li><li><p>Ensure machines, equipment, and production areas are properly maintained and hygienic.</p></li><li><p>Lead train and develop the production, QC, Maintenance & Warehouse teams.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with quality, safety, GMP, hygiene, and company procedures across Production and QC activities.</p></li><li><p>To provide production inputs for product Costing</p></li><li><p>Monitor manpower requirements, attendance, productivity, and discipline.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly production reports.</p></li><li><p>Support implementation and effective use of ERP for production-related activities.</p></li><li><p>Ability to identify production and quality issues and implement practical, corrective and preventive measures.</p></li><li><p>Continuously improve manufacturing process, exploring automation, layout changes or SOP update to boost efficiency.</p></li><li><p><strong>Engineering, Maintenance & Automation:</strong> Manage the Engineering/Maintenance team and oversee machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, automation, and process improvements and reduce downtime.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in perfumes manufacturing is mandatory with strong experience in Quality Control, Warehouse & Engineering functions will be preferred.</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>ERP systems, preferably Odoo</strong> will be an advantage.</p></li></ul>
