Join us.<br> <br>Job Description<br> Serve as primary liaison between the Project Manager, Engineers, Site Staff, and external contacts, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all project stakeholders. Manage all project documentation, including maintaining confidential records, organizing files, and ensuring efficient retrieval of reports, correspondence, and related materials. Coordinate and organize project meetings, seminars, and presentations with internal and external clients, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and supporting materials. Perform administrative duties including word processing, clerical support, filing, mail screening, telephone management, and travel coordination for project personnel. Maintain computerized records of all service users and project referrals with accuracy and confidentiality. Identify and propose process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of office procedures and administrative operations. Execute additional duties as assigned by the Project Manager. <br>Qualifications<br> Degree or Diploma in civil or relevant field with equivalency certificate is mandatory Should have minimum 6-10 years of work experience in similar industry or projects <br>Additional Information<br> Mandatory work experience in ACONEX & EDMS software is preferable.
