<span><br>POSITION SUMMARY<br>Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers. Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays. Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish to be served. Monitor the quantity of food that is prepared. Inform Food & Beverage service staff of menu specials and out of stock menu items. Prepare special meals or substitute items. Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks. Provide cooks with needed items. Monitor stock of kitchen supplies and food. Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program and food products. Ensure the quality of the food items and notify manager if a product does not meet specifications.<br>Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Address guests’ service needs. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. <p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>The HVAC Site Engineer is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and managing HVAC installation activities at the construction site. The role involves ensuring that HVAC works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and applicable codes and regulations.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Supervise day-to-day HVAC installation activities at the project site.</p></li><li><p>Review and interpret HVAC drawings, specifications, equipment schedules, and approved shop drawings.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate HVAC works with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and other MEP requirements.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper installation of HVAC supports, hangers, vibration isolators, flexible connections, dampers, valves, and accessories.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate equipment installation with electrical power and control requirements.</p></li><li><p>Review HVAC shop drawings and coordinate necessary site modifications.</p></li><li><p>Assist with equipment start-up, testing, balancing, and commissioning.</p></li><li><p>Ensure HVAC systems are ready for consultant inspection and final handover.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Quality Control</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ensure HVAC works comply with approved Quality Inspection Checklists (ITPs/IRs).</p></li><li><p>Conduct pre-inspections before consultant/client inspections.</p></li><li><p>Monitor workmanship and rectify non-conforming works.</p></li><li><p>Verify approved materials are used at site.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate testing and inspection activities with the QA/QC Engineer.</p></li><li><p>Maintain proper records of inspections, test results, and approvals.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Health, Safety & Environment</strong></p><ul><li><p>Follow all project HSE policies, procedures, and practices.</p></li><li><p>Ensure workers use appropriate PPE and follow site safety procedures.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the HSE team for permits and safe execution of high-risk activities.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.</p></li><li><p>Mechanical Engineering qualification with specialization or experience in HVAC/MEP is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>3–7 years of relevant experience</strong> in HVAC/MEP construction projects.</p></li><li><p>Experience in commercial buildings, residential towers, hotels, hospitals, industrial facilities, or other major construction projects is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with MEP contractors and consultants is an
