<p>The Senior Project Manager — Connections (MEP) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing fall utility and infrastructure connections related to MEP systems for development projects.
The role ensures timely acquisition, approval, execution, and commissioning of utility connections, including electricity, water, sewerage, drainage, telecommunications, gas, and district cooling services, while coordinating with authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all utility connection activities for multiple projects from design stage through

Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP CRM, Hub Spot, or similar systems, along with ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, sales analytics platforms, and forecasting tools. Familiarity with AI-powered sales forecasting, digital commerce platforms, international market intelligence tools, cross-border e-commerce, trade finance, and global supply chain operations is advantageous. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, presentation, analytical, stakeholder management, commercial, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple international markets while balancing customer expectations, revenue targets, compliance requirements, cultural differences, budgets, and organizational objectives.
