Support dealers and customers in troubleshooting machine breakdowns and performance concerns.<br><br>Warranty & Quality Management<br><br>Manage warranty claims review, validation, and submission through warranty management system in accordance with company policies Analyze warranty trends, product issues & collaborate with dealers and factories to drive corrective and preventive actions. Maintain detailed technical reports and service documentation.<br><br>Dealer & Product Company Coordination<br><br>Serve as the key liaison between regional dealers & Dynapac Product Companies (PC). Lead product introductions, investigations, technical solutions, product updates, and field actions. Implement of PC recommendations and technical campaigns within the region.<br><br>About You<br><br>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, field service, or aftermarket operations within construction equipment, road machinery, or heavy equipment industries. Hands-on troubleshooting experience with hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and engine systems. Experience with pavers, rollers, asphalt equipment, or similar heavy machinery is highly preferred. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills Willingness to travel extensively in the region Well-organized with effective planning and prioritization abilities Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Strong team player who performs well under pressure Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
