Key job responsibilities<br>
<br>
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will own the technical relationship with greenfield customers end-to-end. This means:<br>
<br>
•Engaging net-new customers to understand their business drivers for cloud adoption, assess their existing on-premises or multi-cloud landscape, and architect a credible path to AWS — from landing zone design through first production workload and beyond.<br>
•Building the technical case for AWS: competitive differentiators, total cost of ownership analyses, migration strategies, and proof-of-value engagements that turn skeptics into advocates.<br>
•Building hands-on: prototypes, proofs of concept, migration runbooks, landing zone blueprints, and production-ready reference architectures. You lead by doing, not just advising.<br>
•Helping customers envision and build with generative AI and machine learning — often as the catalyst that makes AWS the platform of choice by demonstrating what's uniquely possible with AWS AI/ML services.<br>
•Partnering closely with Account Managers and Business Development to shape the go-to-market strategy for new accounts — you are the technical credibility that converts pipeline into adoption.<br>
•Acting as the customer's technical advocate inside AWS — translating field insights from the greenfield frontier into clear, prioritized feedback that shapes the roadmap for AWS services and features.<br>
•Creating and sharing technical content that scales your impact: workshops, immersion days, blog posts, code samples, reference architectures, and public talks at meetups, user groups, and conferences.<br>
•You make the team stronger by mentoring fellow Solutions Architects — sharing what you know and helping others grow.<br>
<br>
A day in the life<br>
<br>
No two days look the same. You might spend the morning in a first-ever technical workshop with a financial services customer exploring whether to lift-and-shift their core banking platform or re-architect on AWS, then pivot to a hands-on proof of concept helping a retail customer experience Amazon Bedrock for the first time. In the afternoon you might build a landing zone design for a customer that just signed their Enterprise Agreement, draft a migration playbook for a hospitality company moving off a competitor cloud, or join a call with an AWS service team to advocate for a feature that would unblock a key deal. You balance depth with breadth, strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and the patience required to build trust from zero with the urgency of a team that moves fast.<br>
<br>
About the team<br>
<br>
AWS Solutions Architects in MENAT are a tight-knit team of builders and technologists who are passionate about helping customers in one of the world's fastest-growing cloud markets. We work across diverse industries and cultures, which demands adaptability, curiosity, and genuine respect for our customers' contexts. We believe the best ideas come from diverse perspectives, and we actively foster an inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work.<br>

•Experience architecting or deploying cloud/virtualization solutions, including migrations from on-premises or other cloud platforms<br>

You're a builder. You see a trend and your hands itch to cut the hook, write the caption, and post it before the trend dies. ???? You don't fear AI, you leverage it. Claude Code and AI creative tools are your daily drivers. You treat AI as a team of interns that lets you do the work of five people: editing, captioning, repurposing, ideating. ⚡️ You'd rather post a scrappy v1 today than a perfect campaign next month. You don't wait for assets from the video team, you cut, caption, and ship content yourself, using AI to multiply your output.<br><br>Your Key Responsibilities<br><br>Build & ship content daily : You cut shorts/reels from long-form footage, write hooks and captions, and post directly. You don't wait on a report or a brief, you spot the moment and ship it. Hunt what works : You proactively test hooks, formats, and posting times. If a format underperforms, you kill it fast and move to the next test. AI leverage : You leverage Claude Code daily to automate repurposing (long-form → shorts), generate caption/hook variations, and build lightweight pipelines that let you ship at the pace of a small team, alone. Read the data : You live in native platform analytics + GA4. You double down on what compounds and kill vanity metrics. <p>About the Role
Elevare Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Marketing Operations to lead and manage the marketing function for a major client group operating primarily in the real estate development sector.
This is a senior operational leadership role for someone who can take ownership of the department, manage an existing team, improve systems and ensure marketing activity directly supports lead generation, sales outcomes and business growth.
The successful candidate will initially focus on commercial real estate development projects, including project launches, branding, digital campaigns, CRM workflows, lead management and sales support. Over time, the role is expected to develop and expand into other areas of the business.
This is not a content creator or social media manager role.We are looking for someone who can take the reins, lead the department, set priorities, manage people, improve processes and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day to day operation of the marketing department
Coordinate an existing team across social media, CRM, AI automation, chatbot management, website coordination and graphic design
Direct freelancers and external platforms engaged for video and image content, ensuring output aligns with brand and campaign requirements
Set clear priorities, deadlines, responsibilities and performance expectations

Review campaign performance, lead sources, cost per lead, conversion data and marketing ROI
Prepare clear reports and recommendations for senior management
Support future marketing activity as the role develops into other areas of the business
Bring structure, accountability and commercial discipline to an existing team of skilled specialists
The Existing Team
The company already has a team of people in place across social media, CRM, AI automation, website management and graphic design. The Head of Marketing Operations will be responsible for leading and coordinating these team members.
The ideal candidate will be able to work respectfully with people who are important to the business, recognise their strengths and ensure their work is properly directed, prioritised and aligned with commercial objectives.
This role requires someone who can manage people, not just campaigns.</p><p>Experience Required
7–10+ years of marketing experience, ideally across real estate development, property marketing, investment, technology, professional services or other high value commercial sectors
Proven experience leading a marketing department, marketing operations function or multidisciplinary marketing team
Strong background in lead generation, CRM workflows, digital marketing, campaign management and sales enablement
Experience managing property launches, commercial development campaigns or integrated marketing campaigns is highly regarded
Experience working with sales teams, senior management, agencies and external suppliers

Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing, SMS marketing and performance marketing
Ability to review marketing copy, creative assets, campaign strategy and digital performance with a strong commercial eye
Strong leadership, communication, organisation and project management skills
Ability to create structure, improve processes and hold team members accountable
Data driven approach to marketing performance and decision making
Language and Communication Requirements
Native English speaker strongly preferred; candidates with exceptional written and spoken English fluency will also be considered
Must be able to write, review and approve high quality marketing copy, investor communications, sales materials, CRM messages, email campaigns and presentations in English
Must be confident liaising with senior management, sales teams, clients, agencies and external stakeholders

Reference checks will be undertaken before appointment, with particular focus on leadership capability, reliability, commercial judgement, communication skills, team management and ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a strong marketing operator who can step into an existing team and provide leadership.
They will be proactive, commercially focused and comfortable moving between strategy and detail. They will understand that marketing does not end when a campaign is launched or a lead is generated. Their responsibility is to ensure the full marketing and lead management process works efficiently from enquiry through to conversion.
This role is suited to someone who wants to build, lead and improve a department - not simply contribute content to it</p>
