S/He is responsible of planning, resource management, equipment reliability, compliance, continuous improvement, and leading supervisors to achieve operational and business goals.</p><br><br><br>Main Duties and Responsibilities <br><p><strong>Technical and Operations </strong></p><br> <ul> <li>Plan, organize, and optimize workflows by assigning responsibilities, preparing production schedules, and balancing resources effectively;</li> <li>Lead the machine operating and fabrication teams and ensure high productivity and quality standards;</li> <li>Oversee the safe operation of fabrication equipment, ensuring preventive/corrective maintenance plans are implemented and followed;</li> <li>Identify, analyze, and coordinate corrective actions for process deviations, and equipment malfunctions;</li> <li>Ensure full compliance with safety standards, housekeeping protocols and operational policies at all times;</li> <li>Monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives;</li> <li>Coordinate and oversee the fabrication of generator canopies, skids, tanks, structures and sheet metal assemblies;</li> <li>Monitor performance indicators and generate regular operational, cost and productivity reports;</li> <li>Ensure close coordination with engineering, quality, procurement, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and issue resolution;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Talent Development</strong></p><br> <ul> <li>Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership;</li> <li>Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan;</li> <li>Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans.</li> </ul><br><br>Position Requirements <br><br>Education <br><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering, or any other related field.</p><br><br><br>Experience <br><p>At least 8 years of relevant experience</p><br><br><br><br> </div>
