The role ensures that all works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and contractual requirements. The Construction Manager leads site teams and subcontractors while coordinating closely with consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> Planning &amp; Coordination * Plan, monitor, and control all site activities to achieve productivity targets and adherence to approved project schedules. * Develop, implement, and monitor construction methodologies and production control systems, including preparation of method statements and work procedures. * Prepare work packages, construction sequences, and pre-start activity plans. * Coordinate on-site and off-site logistics with procurement and stores teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources. * Plan and manage pre-commissioning activities, final handover, and closure of all snag items.
