What you’ll do Define the Object Lead industrial design for Analog’s physical hardware systems from first concept through production. You do not hand off to engineering. You work through the constraint with them, and your design intent survives to the end. You will develop the full visual and material language of each product: proportion, surfacing, CMF, and the logic of every physical interaction point. Your portfolio shows objects that feel inevitable. That is the goal. The role ensures timely room servicing, proper use of cleaning products and equipment, and a positive guest interaction at all times. By following operational procedures and delivering quality service, the Room Attendant supports guest satisfaction and contributes to the overall efficiency and reputation of the Housekeeping Department. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel SOPs and quality standards.</li> <li>Ensure correct bed making, bathroom sanitation, and cleaning of furniture, carpets, and surfaces.</li> <li>Replenish amenities, towels, and guest supplies in accordance with par stock levels.</li> <li>Inspect room facilities (lighting, AC, television, minibar, etc.) and report any malfunction.</li> <li>Report damaged or missing items to the Team Leader immediately.</li> <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked trolley at all times.</li> <li>Follow efficient workflow to support timely room readiness for arrivals and departures.</li> <li>Respond to guest requests promptly, courteously, and professionally.</li> <li>Deliver room service assistance or additional linen/supplies as needed.</li> <li>Ensure respect and safety of all guest belongings and personal privacy.</li> <li>Assist in service recovery actions when service deviations occur.</li> <li>Maintain a calm and positive attitude in all guest interactions.</li> <li>Follow chemical safety, correct PPE usage, and safe handling of housekeeping tools.</li> <li>Adhere to Lost & Found procedures including handover and documentation.</li> <li>Maintain personal grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards consistently.</li> <li>Ensure waste segregation and follow sustainability/environmental guidelines.</li> <li>Uphold hotel health & safety standards to reduce risk and accidents.</li> <li>Report room status updates (clean, inspected, out-of-order) accurately and timely.</li> <li>Attend daily briefings to understand priorities, VIP arrivals, and special requests.</li> <li>Support other attendants and contribute to a positive working environment.</li> <li>Participate in ongoing training, including new cleaning techniques and products.</li> <li>Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to </li></ul></div>
