<li>Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)</li>
<li>Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs</li>
<li>Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers</li>
<li>Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions and product feedback</li>
</ul><br><p><b>Requirements</b></p><br><ul>
<li>Sales experience (customer acquisition/ origination), having had a clear sales KPI </li>
<li>Familiar with the use of a CRM tool </li>
<li>Worked autonomously within a sales team. Experience in working with regional sales teams and in attending and hosting events to acquire new customers. </li>
<li>3-10 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, FX sales </li>
<li>Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks and etc</li>
<li>Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure</li>
<li>Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage</li>
<li>Fluency in English and Arabic is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. </li>
