Complete and escalate incident reports per internal systems and regulatory portals and coordinate with Facilities and Principal for post-incident investigations. Lead government inspections and coordinate post-crisis H&S site checks. Events and excursions Oversee school event and field trip approvals to ensure they follow Taaleem’s Events & Excursions Policy. Liaise with transport and third-party vendors; support with escalated trip-related issues. Facilities Management Monitor R&M budgets and maintenance delivery in collaboration with Facilities Manager. Escalate site-level risks that threaten continuity of operations. Oversee CCTV usage for regulatory and internal policy compliance. Compliance Ensure timely renewal of all key licenses (e.g., Civil Defence, Clinic, Trade). Maintain compliance records for inspections; report non-conformance to CO. Oversee onboarding documentation for ECAs, ASAs, and third-party vendors. Monitor adherence to Taaleem and local authority policies. ESG and energy conservation Act as site ESG champion; lead sustainability, waste reduction, and recycling initiatives. Liaise with CO teams to upcycle outdated equipment and reduce utility usage in line with group targets. Campus Development Contribute to the school’s strategic campus planning and monitor ongoing infrastructure needs. AECOM's Project Cost Consultancy (PCC) team is seeking a motivated Graduate Project Surveyor to join our dynamic and multi-disciplinary Infrastructure team . As a Graduate Project Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting all commercial activities throughout the pre and post contract phases of construction projects.<br> <br>Key Responsibilities<br> Assisting Quantity Surveying staff in the Infrastructure Team on both pre-contract and post-contract deliverables. Undertakes responsibilities under the supervision of a more senior Project Surveyor Completes the measurement of quantities for input into cost plans, cost estimates and bills of quantities Assists with the preparation of tender documentation Assists with viability studies and cost estimates Assists with implementing, maintaining and monitoring cost control procedures throughout the duration of a project Assists with providing necessary input related to financial claims Assists with evaluating variations, additions and omissions, etc, and incorporating these into monthly cost reports Assists with preparing, pricing and negotiating change orders with clients and contractors Market tests rates and analyses tender returns for input into rates databases and estimates Assists with upkeep of the technical library, including cost data, benchmarks and maintenance of the various asset databases used for life cycle cost analysis and operational cost estimates. Assists with report formatting, data management and quality assurance procedures across all core service lines. Undertakes primary research according to project requirements under the supervision. <br>Qualifications<br> Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University Candidates must be recent graduates, having graduated within the last 24 months or no earlier than September 2024, to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program. Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.2 and above. If you hold a Master’s Degree, it should have started within 12 months of completing your Bachelor’s Degree to ensure continuous education and meet program requirements.
