<ul><li><p>Analyze and document business requirements (including Product Program) corporate lending and insurance products</p></li><li><p>Prepare and coordinate relevant product approvals from HO and ADGM</p></li><li><p>Support the development and implementation of lending and insurance platform at ADGM</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with stakeholders to set up the credit insurance and claim process at the ADGM</p></li><li><p>Conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements to existing systems and workflows in line with regulatory requirements, legal frameworks and documentation</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML, KYC,CRR, CBUAE, FSRA)</p></li><li><p>Prepare business cases, process maps, and functional specifications</p></li><li><p>Liaise with ADGM Management, IT, risk, compliance, other business / support units (such as coverage, loan origination, loan distribution, loan portfolio management, legal, finance, , CAD, operations) to deliver end-to-end solutions</p></li><li><p>Monitor KPIs and generate reports to support strategic decision-making</p></li><li><p>Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support post-implementation reviews</p></li><li><p>Review insurance policies and support creation of checklists (pre/post binding)</p></li><li><p>Develop CPRI related SOPs</p></li><li><p>Facilitate insurance related training for existing and new team-members within the LPM team and with relevant stakeholders in the Bank</p></li><li><p>Manage monitoring of CPRI loans post policy binding throughout the lifecycle of the transaction</p></li><li><p>Manage relationships with brokers, insurers and other stakeholders (internal/external) for effective execution and post binding management</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)</p></li><li><p>7+ years of experience in corporate banking specifically in Lending. Insurance knowledge specifically related to insurance (CPRI, SRT etc.) is a key requirement</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of corporate credit, loan lifecycle, and insurance(pre and post close matters)</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with core banking systems, CRM tools, and insurance platforms</p></li><li><p>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus</p></li></ul><br><p>Skills
