Join us.</p><br><br>Job Description<br><p>Graduates joining the business in a Graduate role and engaging in all elements of the ADVANCE program. The program is designed to introduce and build essential business and personal skills, helping to enhance the transition from student to professional.<br>

Graduates are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within the field they are joining at Graduate entry level.<br>

The ADVANCE program lasts approx. 24 months but the successful completion of the program is only to be used as an indicator for strong performance in line with other indicators (strong or above performance rating etc.)</p><br><p><strong>As part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation and in accordance with UAE labour law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.</strong><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br><ul><li>Builds analytic and design skills.</li><li>Conducts engineering design under the supervision of an experienced engineer.</li><li>Creates designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.</li><li>Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.</li><li>Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.</li><li>Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.<br> </li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><ul><li>UAE National with a family book.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.</li><li>Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li></ul><br>Additional Information<br><p><em>At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously. <strong>To support this commitment, all newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment.</strong></em></p><br><p><strong>About AECOM</strong>
