<ol><li><p><strong>Location:</strong> UAE</p></li><li><p><strong>Experience:</strong> 4+ Years</p></li><li><p><strong>Industry:</strong> Construction / Building Services</p></li><li><p><strong>Availability:</strong> <em><u>Immediate Joiners Preferred</u></em></p></li><li><p><strong>Current Location:</strong> Must be currently available in UAE</p></li></ol><br><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>Prepare and modify MEP shop drawings using AutoCAD.</p></li><li><p>Develop Electrical, Mechanical (HVAC), and Plumbing drawings based on project requirements.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural drawings.</p></li><li><p>Prepare coordinated drawings and resolve site-related drawing issues.</p></li><li><p>Generate as-built drawings and technical documentation.</p></li><li><p>Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local authority regulations, and industry standards.</p></li><li><p>Support project engineers and site teams with technical drafting requirements.</p></li><li><p>Review consultant comments and incorporate revisions as required.</p></li><li><p>Maintain drawing records and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>Diploma or ITI in Drafting, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum <strong>4+ years of experience</strong> as an MEP Draftsman.</p></li><li><p>Mandatory experience in <strong>UAE or GCC construction projects</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in <strong>High-Rise Buildings, Commercial Buildings, and Residential Towers</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in <strong>AutoCAD</strong> and MEP drafting standards.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.</p></li><li><p>Strong coordination and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Must be available in the <strong>UAE</strong> for face-to-face interviews.</p></li><li><p><strong>Immediate joiners will be given preference.</strong></p></li></ul>
