By supporting Home Finance, Corporate Deals, and Escrow Account Management, the unit contributes significantly to operational efficiency and revenue through timely payment certifications, property assessments, and compliance-driven processes.<br>Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and schedule site visits, verify property status, and prepare required documentation. • Receive and review contractor payment and progress payment requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Prepare MIS reports, maintain site visit records, and manage documentation for approvals. • Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth processing of valuation and payment workflows. • Support dispute resolution by preparing reports, coordinating communication, and ensuring compliance with required procedures.<br>About You • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction-related documentation, contractor payments, or site coordination. • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word, with the ability to manage and track records effectively. • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks within defined timelines. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:<br>Lead the design and integration of internal combustion engine systems into hybrid e VTOL UAV architecture. Ensure proper integration of engine, fuel system, cooling, exhaust, and mechanical interfaces with the airframe and hybrid powertrain. Optimize engine performance for efficiency, reliability, weight, and operational envelope. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (aerodynamics, structures, avionics, flight controls). Apply system engineering principles in accordance with ARP4754. Develop system requirements, architectures, and verification/validation strategies. Support safety assessments in line with ARP4761 (FHA, FTA, FMEA). Ensure compliance with applicable regulations such as CS UAS, SC VTOL, CS 23, CS E, CS P. Plan and execute testing programs to validate the performance and safety of the e VTOL powertrain. Analyze test data and iterate on designs to address any identified issues. Support certification activities, including documentation and authority interaction.<br>Qualifications:<br>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in aircraft propulsion or engine integration. Proven experience in certified aerospace projects and regulatory compliance. Strong knowledge of piston/internal combustion engines and fuel systems. Proficiency in simulation and modelling tools for powertrain analysis. Solid understanding of system engineering processes (ARP4754) and safety analysis (ARP4761). Hands-on experience in testing, integration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with hybrid propulsion systems is a strong plus.

Carry out certification, inspections, surveillance, and investigation to ensure that their clients are complying with established aviation regulations and standards. Assist the line manager in the process of developing safety standards covering the areas of MRO functions to ensure that all safety standards, processes, and procedures adhere to national regulations and international standards and recommended practices.<br><br>Certification/Approval, Audit and Continued Oversight • Ensure that all certification/approval and audit is managed effectively in line with stipulated guidelines and issue relevant certificates/approvals and/or recommend certification/approval, as per the Technical Authority Manual.• Provide inputs in development of the annual oversight (audit and surveillance) program to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Continued improvement towards safety should be considered as much as possible.• Ensure timely and up to date data in Q-Pulse (auditing system) to ensure compliance with GCAA’s roles and functions. • Ensure that investigations (e.g., ROSI) are carried out to determine the cause of incidents and prevent future occurrences and direct coordination with other disciplines (if necessary) Surveillance Programs & Audit• Implement corrective actions raised against the Department during internal surveillance program to ascertain alignment of Safety Affairs standards in line with international standards and continuous improvement.• Support the administration of all auditing activities by external entities of Safety Affairs including ICAO, and IMS to ensure smooth and productive audit.
