Lead upgrades, patches, DR drills, capacity planning, and performance tuning. Work directly with Enghouse/JINNY TAC for complex issues and bug fixes. Support integrations with IN, VAS, enterprise SMPP clients, and international hubs.<br>Required Skills Mandatory hands‑on experience with JINNY/Enghouse SMSC (5+ years). Strong knowledge of SMPP 3.4, SS7/SIGTRAN (M3UA/SCCP/MAP), routing, filtering, TPS optimization. Linux (RHEL/Cent OS), tcpdump/wireshark, scripting for automation. Experience in HA/clustered telecom environments.<br>Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Telecom/Computer Engineering. Proven L3‑level troubleshooting and platform ownership.
