The Service Coordinator acts as the central point between customers, suppliers, engineers, technicians, and management and is responsible for ensuring that service jobs are properly planned, documented, authorized, costed, followed up, and closed.<br>This position requires someone who is comfortable taking ownership of multiple ongoing jobs and who can remain organized and accurate when priorities change or urgent requirements arise.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Service Coordination & Scheduling Coordinate technicians and engineers for workshop and field-service activities.
