About Quiqup Quiqup is the logistics backbone for some of the GCC’s most exciting brands — from solo founders launching their first D2C line to fast-growing e-commerce businesses scaling across the region. We’ve built something worth talking about. Now we need someone to help us tell that story.
About the role:This is a hands-on creative role for someone who makes things — content, campaigns, assets, and stories that bring Quiqup and the community around it to life. You’ll work closely with our Growth team to produce the visual and video content that represents our brand across social media, marketing campaigns, client communications, and beyond. You’ll be in the room — and often behind the camera — when we document what we’re building. That means interviewing real founders about their businesses, capturing campaigns as they happen, and turning the everyday work of a fast-moving logistics company into content people actually want to watch and read. This is an entry-level role built for someone who is already making things, even if not yet professionally. If you shoot video on your phone, edit in your spare time, have a social presence you’ve grown yourself, or have built anything creative — we want to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:Shoot and edit video content. From client interview reels and founder stories to campaign recaps and social clips; you’re comfortable behind a camera and in an editing timeline. Interview clients on camera. Build the trust to get a good story out of someone, then shape that into content that represents them and us well. Create brand assets. Graphics, templates, visuals for campaigns, social posts, presentations, and digital channels; you have a feel for what looks right and why. Manage and grow our social media presence. Own the calendar, write the captions, respond to the community, and track what’s landing. Support campaign execution. When we run a programme like Shop Local or a product launch, you’re the person making it look and feel right across every touchpoint. Edit photos from events, shoots, and brand activations. Product-quality output, not just a quick filter. Bring creative ideas. You notice what other brands do well, you have opinions about what we should try, and you’re not shy about sharing them.
Who You Are:A recent graduate (media, communications, design, marketing, film — or self-taught with a portfolio to show). UAE National (Emirati) — this is a requirement for this role. Someone who already makes things. You have work to show, even if it’s personal projects, university work, or content you’ve made for fun. Comfortable on both sides of the camera. You can direct an interview and make someone feel at ease, and you can appear on screen yourself when needed. Proficient (or fast-learning) in video editing tools. Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Cap Cut, or similar. Confident with design tools. Canva, Figma, Adobe suite, or equivalent. Someone who Makes it Remarkable. You have high standards for how things look and you’ll push until it’s right. Curious about the UAE brand and e-commerce landscape. You follow the founders and businesses shaping it. A self-starter who Owns It. You manage your own deadlines, flag problems early, and don’t need to be chased.
What’s in it for you? Real creative ownership from day one — you’ll build a portfolio of real work, with real reach, for a brand that’s genuinely growing Access to some of the most interesting founders building in the GCC right now — and you’ll be the person capturing their stories A smart, humble, and mission-driven team solving real logistics challenges for e-commerce brands across the region Medical insurance coverage
Nice to Have A portfolio, Instagram, You Tube channel, or any body of work — even informal Experience shooting or editing on a professional or semi-professional camera Motion graphics or animation skills Arabic and English fluency — particularly valuable for client interview content
What Working Here Looks Like You’ll have real creative ownership from day one. Our clients are some of the most interesting founders building in the GCC right now — and you’ll be the person capturing their stories. You’ll build a portfolio of real work, with real reach, for a brand that’s genuinely growing. We take the work seriously and Enjoy the Ride. We operate an autonomous delivery fleet in Abu Dhabi. This role owns the frontline team that keeps the fleet running — several hundred people, growing fast. The work spans remote monitoring of vehicles in service and on-road support in the field, run as one cross-trained team on a single roster.
You own the machine that grows and runs it: the sourcing pipeline and manpower suppliers, the training and certification line, the roster, the quality bar, and the supervisors who run shifts once you can no longer be in every room. The operation is live seven days a week and the safety and quality floor does not move.
What You'll Own The ramp — sourcing pipeline, manpower suppliers, hiring bar, onboarding throughput and attrition, plus the training and certification line that pushes that volume through without diluting the standard. Operator productivity, attendance and working-hour utilisation — and what has to change for those numbers to move. The management layer — the supervisors you recruit and promote, and the layered QA that tells you how a shift went when you weren't on it. Workforce operations at scale — visas, accommodation, transport, rostering compliance, and the allocation of field resources across competing demands.
What You'll Need A frontline of several hundred, run full cycle — recruitment, training, rostering, performance, attrition. Not a contract population you coordinated with, but people you were accountable for and managed through supervisors. A ramp you personally delivered — took a team to several times its size, or mobilised a new site, centre or contract from nothing, with the numbers and the timeline to show it. Seated, real-time operations — control rooms, contact and service centres, command and dispatch centres, or autonomous-vehicle operations: people at consoles working live tasks against a response-time and quality standard. Dispersed field labour is a different job. A training and QA standard you built yourself — designed the assessment, set the pass bar, and made it hold across shifts. Running someone else's system is a different job. Strong English as a working language — you hire, train, appraise and resolve conflict directly with an Indian, Pakistani, Filipino and Ugandan frontline. A valid driving licence. Based in Abu Dhabi or ready to relocate.
Strongly Preferred AV safety operator teams UAE blue-collar workforce operations — MOHRE, visas, accommodation, manpower suppliers24/7 multi-shift operations Hindi, Urdu or Arabic
What We Offer A UAE-benchmarked package, AI tools, visa sponsorship, and a non-rotating day shift.
The Reality of the Job You would build the largest frontline team in Middle East autonomous delivery — several hundred people and growing fast, with the ramp, the standard and operator productivity all sitting with this one person. To be straight about the rest: the hiring and training pressure is relentless, and rostering and efficiency tooling is still incomplete — parts of the job run manually before they run on a system.
