The role involves coordinating with QC Engineers, Production, Engineering, Planning, Client, and TPIA for the collection, review, submission, approval, and traceability of quality documents.<br>The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and complete QA/QC documentation submissions, maintaining document traceability, and expediting Client/TPIA approvals so that manufacturing, inspection, product release, and project milestones are not delayed due to documentation.<br>This QA/QC Documentation Job in Dubai requires relevant experience in QA/QC documentation, document control, or oil & gas fabrication projects, along with strong knowledge of quality records, inspection documentation, document registers, transmittals, and electronic document-control systems.<br><br><ul><li>Control and maintain QA/QC documentation for <strong>miter bend and fittings manufacturing projects</strong>.</li><li>Coordinate with QC Engineers, Production, Engineering, Planning, Client, and TPIA for the collection, review, and submission of quality documents.</li><li>Review documents for completeness, correct revision, traceability, signatures, inspection status, and compliance with approved formats before submission.</li><li>Prepare and maintain document registers, inspection registers, test registers, NCR registers, punch lists, and submission trackers.</li><li>Prepare and expedite <strong>Inspection Requests (IRs), inspection notifications, and related documentation</strong> for Client/TPIA submission.</li><li>Follow up with QC Engineers and concerned departments for pending inspection reports, NDT reports, test certificates, MTCs, calibration certificates, and other required quality records.</li><li>Expedite the compilation and submission of <strong>Manufacturing Record Books (MRB), Quality Dossiers, and final data books</strong>.</li><li>Maintain proper revision control and prevent unintended use of obsolete documents.</li><li>Ensure customer/project documents are handled confidentially and stored in the approved document-control system.</li><li>Monitor document submission status and highlight delays or missing documents to the Head – QA/QC.</li><li>Maintain soft and hard-copy records as required by the project and company procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with Client/TPIA regarding document comments, resubmissions, approvals, and document status.</li><li>Maintain an organized filing and retrieval system for all QA/QC records.</li><li>Check that inspection reports contain the required identification, date, inspection stage, acceptance criteria, signatures, and approvals.</li><li>Verify consistency of <strong>heat numbers, component numbers, weld numbers, drawing numbers, and inspection references</strong> across quality records.</li><li>Compile supporting documents, including <strong>MTCs, NDT reports, PWHT charts, hydrotest reports, dimensional reports, PMI/hardness reports, and calibration certificates</strong>, as applicable.</li><li>Prepare document transmittals and submission packages in accordance with project requirements.</li><li>Expedite responses to Client/TPIA comments and ensure revised documents are resubmitted within the agreed timeline.</li><li>Track approval, rejection, and resubmission status and maintain an updated document status report.</li><li>Coordinate daily with QC Engineers to ensure inspection documents are received promptly after completion of inspection.</li><li>Coordinate with Production and Engineering to obtain missing or corrected records required for submission.</li><li>Follow up with <strong>TPIA/NDT laboratories/subcontractors</strong> for pending reports and certificates.</li><li>Escalate overdue or critical documentation affecting product release, dispatch, or project milestones.</li><li>Support the preparation and timely closure of quality-document punch points.</li></ul><br><br><ul><li><strong>Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree;
